What this programme does

This full-day experience is designed to help you:

  • Learn how your brain & body work in making your thoughts, feelings & beliefs
  • Regain control over those thoughts, feelings and beliefs
  • Help you reset your nervous system to overcome  anxiety and overthinking
  • Build real confidence in driving situations
  • Understand and manage emotional triggers

  • Avoid certain roads, speeds, or conditions.
  • Haven’t driven in a while and want to restart confidently.
  • Are learning to drive but struggling with nerves, fears or phobias.
  • Want to feel calm, in control, and safe on the road.
  • Are an ADI / PDI dealing with nervous, anxious, phobic students and seeking additional support techniques to help your clients, or even for use in part 3 or standards check preparation. (CPD certificate as can be included within PDI training hours)
