Visitors to our website.

When someone visits our web server collects standard internet log information (known as http headers). We occasionally use this information to help identify any errors that may occur and to ensure our servers perform over time.

This information is only processed in an anonymous manner. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of individuals visiting our website.

If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

People who contact us via social media

We use a third party provider, Buffer to manage our social media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored within our Buffer account. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

People who call us via telephone

Our telephone service is provided by Vodafone OneNet and all landline calls are diverted to company mobile devices. All incoming numbers are temporarily stored in a call log on each device and we will only use these logs if we need to return a call to someone who has called us previously.

We also store a list of blocked phone numbers on each device. If we receive unsolicited and unwanted calls from a particular number then it will be added to this list, which is stored privately and not shared with any third party.

People who email us

We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.

We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

People who express an interest in our services

When you express an interest in our services we may store information about you in our third party CRM system, Mydrivetime We use this information to keep in contact with you throughout the process of your enquiry.

We will not add you to any email marketing or subscriber lists without your explicit consent.

Information is retained on Mydrivetime to help us generate reports about our sales performance and to ensure that we are responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
